Unified acquires PageLever

M&A North America

US — Facebook Pages analytics and management platform PageLever has been acquired by enterprise marketing technology specialists Unified. The firm will combine the former’s platform into its own offerings.

Unified says that the combined entity will “represent an end-to-end platform for social marketing insights, social audience engagement, and social advertising”. Both companies are already Facebook preferred marketing developers.

PageLever’s employees will be joining Unified as full-time employees in the company’s San Francisco and New York City offices. The combined companies will now serve over 300 customers. Sheldon Owen, CEO and co-founder at Unified (pictured), said: “With the addition of PageLever, Unified now offers the industry’s most innovative Facebook News Feed solution along with the most complete social advertising platform to access all major social networks.”

Jeff Widman and David Turner, co-founders of PageLever, added: “As PageLever has grown, we’ve seen how Facebook content can be amplified with paid social advertising, and Unified is a clear leader in that market. We’re thrilled to join the Unified team and help deliver both companies’ shared vision to push social marketing and advertising forward through easy to use, innovative solutions that drive powerful results.”
