UK – Omnicom Media Group agency PHD has appointed Louise Twycross-Lewis to lead insight within the agency’s specialist data, insight and marketing science team, Discovery.
Twycross-Lewis (pictured) joins the company from WPP-owned Wavemaker, where she was head of quantitative research.
She has 20 years of experience in media research and has also held roles at IPC Media (now Time Inc.), Mirror Group and Granada.
She will be responsible for developing new insight services for PHD UK, reporting to Jeremy Pounder, head of Discovery.
Pounder said: "We're delighted that someone of Louise’s outstanding calibre and experience has joined us to lead our insight offering. Her reputation in the industry is second to none and she’s the perfect fit for PHD’s challenger ethos."
