Ahmed (pictured) has prior experience working for six years on social research projects for central government, local authorities and charities.

Areas of focus include immigration, youth employment, early family support and community engagement, particularly centred on inclusivity and equity.

Ahmed said: “The team’s values and commitment to meaningful, inclusive research really resonate with me. I’m looking forward to building on that and helping to deliver insights that make a real difference to communities and public services.”
