Trinity McQueen changes leadership with new MD
Hume (pictured) joined Trinity McQueen in 2012 and was promoted to the board in 2024. She takes up the managing director position this month.
Founders Anna Cliffe and Robin Horsfield, formerly joint managing directors, remain directors and active in business operations and client consultancy.
Cliffe and Horsfield have led Trinity McQueen since they founded the business through a management buyout that saw it separate from parent company, digital and marketing services agency Brass.
There is no change in the composition of Trinity McQueen’s management team – co-directors Simon Shaw and Laura Morris remain in their existing roles.
Horsfield added: “Anna and I have jointly led Trinity McQueen since its foundation 12 years ago. The time is right to seek fresh leadership as we evolve and prepare for the next phase of our journey. Danielle is a first-rate leader. Her passion for excellent client service and her desire to see our people thrive made this a natural appointment.”
Hume said: “Naturally, I’m excited and extremely proud to become Trinity McQueen’s new MD. The consultancy has an impressive client portfolio and strong culture. I look forward to working with everyone, to deliver a strategy that continues to add value to our clients and ensures we’re a great place to work for our people.”
