Traverse names chair and expands leadership team
Chandler (pictured) was previously a partner at Good Innovation, and currently chairs MyBigCareer and leads innovation consultancy Jump in Puddles.
In addition, Chandler has held senior roles at Cancer Research UK, the Central Office of Information and the BBC.
Chandler will replace Dr Chih Hoong Sin, who has stepped down as chair after nearly two years in post.
Adrian Crossley has been appointed as associate director for local and central government, having previously been head of criminal justice and addiction at the Centre for Social Justice.
Breda Flaherty has also joined as associate director to lead Traverse’s strategic advisory practice within the health and social care sector.
Other recent hires by Traverse include Dr Pete Welsh taking up Traverse’s strategic advisory practice, having recently led its research and evaluation team.
Associate directors Zoe Khor and Lucy Smith will become head of research and evaluation in a job-share.
Tim Bidey has been promoted to associate director and head of voluntary and community services, while Rob Francis has become head of engagement while Anna McKeon is on maternity leave.
