TRA adds to brand tracking team

NEW ZEALAND/AUSTRALIA – Insights business The Research Agency (TRA) has appointed Ben Farnsworth to the newly created role of sales director and named Tessa Tripp as head of product marketing.

Farnsworth will be based in Sydney and will report to Terri Hall, managing partner, Australia at TRA. Farnsworth will focus on new business growth with TRA’s brand tracking division TRA Tracking.

In addition, Farnsworth’s remit will encompass business development, pipeline growth, client relationship management and solving client challenges.

Prior to joining TRA, Farnsworth was managing partner ANZ at Adzymic, where he helped to build the company’s presence in Australia and New Zealand, and had a prior role at Bench Media.

Tripp will be based in Auckland and will report to Colleen Ryan, partner at TRA. Tripp will establish and lead the product marketing and go-to-market strategy for TRA Tracking, working alongside Farnsworth.

Before taking up her new role, Tripp led TRA’s brand-led marketing strategy on a 12-mmonth contract as head of marketing.
