US— Touchstone Research and UK-based online video focus group firm KwaliTools have partnered to integrate their respective online offerings.
The firms said that the partnership “increases the effectiveness of online research and closes methodological blind spots”. KwaliTools customers will also be able to use Touchstone’s consumer access panels and expertise in digital and youth research.
The two firms will also work together to develop proprietary methodological tools to allow real-time respondent collaboration on projects.
