Touchbase debuts multi channel analytics platform
The platform incorporates a database of ‘digital influencers’ – key opinion leaders and celebrities – on the most popular social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Weibo (a Chinese microblogging site), YouTube and Twitter.
The platform tracks the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identifies potential competitors, as well as analysing historical trends to predict episodes of peak activity across the different channels.
