Torfac hires CX industry veteran as CTO

CANADA – Torfac Canada has announced the appointment of Sahil Chachan as its new chief technology officer (CTO).

Chachan (pictured) will spearhead the development and expansion of the Toronto-headquartered company’s SaaS-based technology products.

An IIT Delhi alumnus, Chachan has more than eight years’ experience of leading and managing large teams involved in product development and software lifecycle management.

He has worked on creating several SaaS applications from the end user’s point of view, across various domains with varying complexities, as well as having taken full ownership of end-to-end development.

Chachan will be taking the lead in architecting and implementing technology vision and supporting the organisation’s technology strategy. Tasked with identifying and introducing best-in-class technology solutions, he will be responsible for leading many industry-first initiatives.

Chachan most recently served as CTO at Survey2Connect, an enterprise SaaS platform for managing customer experience.
