Toluna increases availability of synthetic personas
The tool, which seeks to mimic human survey takers, will launch in Spain, India, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand in the weeks ahead.
The launch adds to existing markets for Toluna’s synthetic personas the UK, US, Australia, Singapore, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, the Netherlands, Italy and France.
The synthetic personas are also available in nine languages, and are built from first-party data sourced from Toluna’s online human community and available on the Toluna Start insights platform.
Frédéric-Charles Petit, chief executive at Toluna, said: “Brands want speed and scale without sacrificing quality and trust.
“This expansion advances the multi-year AI strategy we’ve been executing. Rapid claims testing and screening are only the beginning, with additional synthetic-persona-driven solutions and self-serve capabilities on the way.”
