Toluna hires Lightspeed’s Tan to APAC VP role
Tan (pictured) will be based at the firm’s regional headquarters in Hong Kong from where she will lead the regional client service and operations teams. She will report to Jim Fredrickson, chief operations officer, and will work alongside regional managing director James Rogers.
She joins Toluna with over 10 years experience, most recently serving as client operations director for Lightspeed Research for two years. Prior to this, she managed key accounts at TNS Hong Kong, covering both local and regional research programmes.
