UK – WPP-owned global operating network TNS has acquired all remaining shares in Taylor Nelson Sofres ICAP Market Research in Greece.
The acquisition increases TNS’s stake in TNS ICAP from 51% to 100%.
TNS ICAP, based in Athens, was established in 2002 and employs 36 people.
Its consolidated revenues for the year ended 31 December 2015 were €5.8 million, with gross assets of €3.0m.
