UK — Debbie Shuttlewood is to join TNS UK from Ipsos MORI as the new head of Mystery Customer Research.
She will replace Simon Taylor, who has moved to the TNS Tech and Finance team as a group director.
Shuttlewood worked in the loyalty division at Ipsos MORI.
“We are really pleased to have Debbie on board,” said Maurice Van Der Heijden, group director at TNS UK. “Her expertise in measuring customer experience will be invaluable as TNS grows its Mystery Customer Research business”.
