TNS appoints marketing sciences head

UK— Ipsos Marketing’s UK MD Mark Kingsbury is to leave the company to join TNS as head of marketing sciences in January 2012.

Kingsbury (pictured) has previously worked as a managing director of Bootstrap Insights and Quadrangle Research and is a former MD of Research International.

His role at TNS will see him responsible for building on the firm’s existing technical analysis capabilities and developing new solutions to address challenges facing clients.

TNS’ chief development officer Matthew Froggatt said: “Mark will be responsible for ensuring we define, develop and deliver best practice approaches to identify the precise answers to our clients’ questions – applying sophisticated thinking to build simple solutions.”
