TLE restructures Sydney office

AUSTRALIA — TLE has restructured the Sydney leadership team, promoting Lee Naylor from global head of disciplines to managing director of the office.

Naylor (right in picture), who takes over from Tim Riches who has vacated the role, joined TLE in 2010 having worked in the research industry for the past 20 years across the UK, USA and Australia, including two years at The Nielsen Company as executive director, consumer research australia, and seven years as a research director at Research International.

As part of the restructure Chrissy Blackburn (centre), global head of strategy, will have an expanded role, taking on responsibility for the qualitative research team and innovation leadership for TLE Sydney as well as her existing global role.

In other moves strategy director Alex Siewert joins the Sydney leadership team, which also includes John Crowley, head of client business, Paul Sinkinson, head of quantitative analytics, and Neil Sangster, global head of shopper.

Andy Bateman (pictured left), global CEO of TLE, said: “Lee’s promotion, combined with an expanded role for Chrissy, will drive TLE’s future growth in this market.”
