US— Time Warner Cable has hired online research agency EasyInsites and branding and communications research specialist DB5 to work on the development of its new customer panel.
Ten thousand panellists will be recruited from within Time Warner’s customer database, with members invited to take part in both quantitative and qualitative research online.
EasyInsites will be responsible for building and maintaining the panel, as well as scripting and hosting all surveys and setting up and project-managing all online bulletin boards.
DB5 will be responsible for designing the research and questionnaires, moderating the online qual sessions, and providing analyses and reports to Time Warner Cable.
