US— Ticketmaster has signed up to use Omniture’s analytics software on its main website. The SiteCatalyst product will be used to identify online trends on Ticketmaster.com, and engage with customers based on their geographic location, behavioural trends or other criteria.
The ticket ordering website will also be able to use the software for internal reporting and conversion analysis.
Kip Levin, executive vice president of products at Ticketmaster, said: “Omniture’s analytics platform allows us to have a deeper insight into Ticketmaster.com, in turn allowing us to continually enhance the online experience for fans.”
