The Creative Engagement Group adds behavioural science division
The new division will partner with the company’s various divisions and apply insight and psychology to its behaviour change programmes.
TCEG has appointed consultant Guy Champniss (pictured) to lead the unit as head of behavioural science. Champniss, founder of Meltwater Consulting, previously helped to establish US energy and behaviour technology firm Enervee.
TCEG’s businesses include employee engagement consultancy Forty1, scientific engagement and training division Axiom and film and technology division The Moment.
Russ Lidstone, group chief executive of TCEG, said: “I’m excited about the possibilities of combining scientific rigour with our creative capabilities to create moments that inspire the lasting change that business needs now more than ever.”
The launch of the unit follows the group’s recent acquisitions of training business Logicearth and capability development firm Cormis.
TCEG is a subsidiary of Huntsworth.
