The7stars launches video insights
Lightbox Illuminates uses a community of members who will give user-generated content on a range of topics and activities via their mobiles.
It has been developed with video intelligence platform Living Lens and mobile community panel Peek Content. The platform can do video diary projects, video capture for quantitative research projects and show reels for new business opportunities and pitching.
Initial projects include community members life-logging about daily health habits and providing in-the-moment feedback on their experiences while out socialising.
With the video content centralised in a content hub, existing and newly-captured video can be accessed and searched across the agency. The7stars’ clients can also have their own repositories of multimedia content generated via the community.
Helen Rose, head of insight at the7stars, said: “Genuine consumer feedback is incredibly valuable to brands and video is a powerful medium that we have truly embraced across the7stars. The dedicated community provides a valuable ongoing dialogue for the brands we work with, enabling us to leverage the stories of real consumers in a way that is just not possible through other traditional research techniques.”
