The Nursery buys Arkenford

UK – Brand research agency The Nursery Research and Planning, has acquired market research consultancy Arkenford for an undisclosed amount.

The two businesses will continue in their respective locations – Arkenford and its 12 staff in Guildford and The Nursery in Central London.

All Arkenford’s staff will remain and its co-founder Ben Moxon will continue as director.

Their combined client list includes Subway, the National Trust, TUI, NHS, Premier League, Google, Collect Plus, Yorkshire Tea, Direct Line Group and Nintendo.

Peter Dann, co-founder of The Nursery, said: “We are hugely excited to have Arkenford on board to expand and complement our expertise. With lots of exciting new products in the pipeline, we look forward to being able to provide more, and better, solutions for all our clients.”

Moxon added: “It’s great news that we’ll be working so closely with The Nursery. Together we will be able to provide new opportunities to apply our data science and analytical capabilities.”
