The Insights Family hires former BBC executive

UK – Children, teenagers, parents and family market intelligence company The Insights Family has appointed Rachel Bardill as senior vice-president of marketing and partnerships.

Bardill (pictured) previously spent more than 20 years working for the BBC, including as interim head of digital commissioning and digital impact, executive editor and acting head of digital media platforms and planning for BBC Children.

During her time at the BBC, Bardill worked on digital products, app development, games, brand strategy and digital commissioning, and has significant experience working on content for children, teenagers, parents and families.

Nick Richardson, founder at The Insights Family, said: “Marketing and partnerships are such a key aspect of our new strategy, and Rachel is the ideal individual to inspire our expanding marketing and partnership team with her progressive thinking and significant experience.
