The Insights Family launches in Ireland and opens new HQ in UK
The Insights Family said its new global headquarters would be based in Balloon Street in Manchester’s city centre, acting as a campus for innovation and product development.
The new headquarters will also house the company’s technology, research, data science and intelligence teams.
The Insights Family has also said it will launch its Kids Insights and Parents Insights services into Ireland from January 2024.
The business said that the two services would provide regular market intelligence updated on a monthly basis about Irish children’s and parents’ attitudes, behaviours and consumption.
The Insights Family currently provides real-time updates for ‘tier one’ markets, such as the UK and other G20 nations, and the Ireland launch is the first it has designated as a ‘tier two’ offer, with other markets also under consideration for future launches.
Nick Richardson, founder at The Insights Family, said: “We have had significant demand to launch our services into smaller countries outside the G20, but for several reasons our tier one methodology is not feasible in those markets.
“However, our team have been developing, testing, and have ultimately created a compelling solution which will provide the depth and breadth of intelligence we offer across all tier one markets, but on a regular monthly basis rather than real-time – with Ireland chosen due to high customer demand.”
