Quinn (pictured) joins the company from Accenture’s Innovation Network, based in Amsterdam, where he resides. Prior to this he co-founded and scaled Happen in Europe – an innovation agency said to be known for “generating speed-to-market and impressive ROI for its clients”. The firm was acquired by Accenture in 2019.

He will be responsible for supporting clients with large-scale innovation and customer strategy programmes, including organisational culture and capability development, as well as developing key relationships in Europe.

Commenting on the appointment, The Forge founder Steven Melford said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Daniel to our innovation team. He brings a long-standing proven track record of delivering real commercial results.

“I’m looking forward to the value he’ll create for clients in sectors experiencing ongoing transformational change.”
