Goll (pictured) has been a quantitative market researcher for more than a decade, most recently working as a consultant focused on behavioural insights and having recently studied behavioural science at the London School of Economics.

Dobbin has worked in qualitative research for more than 25 years and was previously founder and director at Atticus Research and has tutored on the annual AQR Moderating Skills Course for the last 12 years.

Sian Davies, global co-founder at The Behavioural Architects, said: “Following a year of strong growth across our offices we’re delighted that Matt and Andy have chosen The Behavioural Architects for the next stages of their careers.
