Natraj (picturedwas previously an associate director at London Economics, with more than eight years’ experience in applied behavioural science. Her public and private clients have included the European Commission, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Law Society, global retail banks, major international law firms and ‘big four’ management consultancies.

She has also consulted for the World Bank and led enterprise risk management at Infosys Technologies in India. In addition, Natraj has spoken widely on the use of behavioural science in many areas, including its role in legal services, increasing product safety and to encourage responsible gambling.

Natraj is joining The Behavioural Architects to build and develop its behavioural science-led quantitative methodologies, which are said to have become a major part of the agency’s global offer.

The Behavioural Architects co- founder Sian Davies commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Ashwini to our growing team. Through her PhD and extensive time in consulting, her knowledge of applied behavioural science is outstanding.

“I am excited to work with Ashwini as we expand our quantitative offer. This includes new approaches to understanding and measuring behaviour, as well as testing and evaluating behavioural science-inspired interventions.

“With our blend of behavioural science understanding and qualitative and quantitative research skills, we are now uniquely placed to tackle behavioural challenges for our clients.”
