AUSTRALIA – Insight and research consultancy, The Behavioural Architects Australia, has restructured its senior team and made two managing partner appointments.
Melissa Gill has been promoted from head of behavioural strategy to managing partner in its Sydney office. Gill has been with TBA for the past five years.
Sam Paul is joining the agency as managing partner in its Melbourne office. He was previously a senior consultant – employee and customer strategy at Kantar TNS.
Paul’s background is in organisational psychology, specialising in employee engagement and wellbeing, change management, behavioural economics, and voice of customer measurement design and activation.
