Talking Medicines develops patient insight tool
The tool collects data from social media, forums and blogs, mapped to a database of 130,000 global medicines.
It includes patient confidence scores for medicines to offer benchmarks for pharmaceutical marketers.
Jo Halliday, chief executive, Talking Medicines, said: “By using cutting edge artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing models, we’re able provide real time social intelligence in a straightforward, intuitive way.”
Formed in 2013, Talking Medicines is headquartered in Glasgow and raised £1.1m in funding in November 2020.
