Roberts (pictured) was previously chief operating officer at Avionte Staffing Software and has worked across various software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies in the education technology, insurance and staffing industries.

Bijoy Verghese has been named chief financial officer at TalentNeuron, with prior experience in organisations including Warner Brothers, Ivanti and Rent.com.

David Wilkins has also been appointed as vice-president of marketing, with past roles as head of Taleo Research and chief marketing and strategy officer at HealthcareSource.

Alongside these appointments, TalentNeuron has invested in other initiatives such as the opening of a new sales office in New York, the launch of a new customer engagement team, creation of a new customer advisory board and an increased focus on strategic partnerships and product innovation.

Earlier this year, New York-based private equity firm Leeds Equity Partners acquired TalentNeuron from Gartner for an undisclosed sum.
