TalentNeuron offers subscription data tools and research and advisory insights used by businesses, government organisations and educational institutions to inform their human resources and skills strategies.

The acquisition of TalentNeuron expands Leeds Equity’s scope of research, data and insight businesses and its work in the human capital management sector.

TalentNeuron was founded in India in 2011. The company now employs over 100 research and advisory professionals, and is headquartered in Santa Clara, California.

Gartner acquired TalentNeuron in 2017 as part of its acquisition of advisory company CEB.

The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Jacques Galante, partner at Leeds Equity Partners, said: “Business leaders face significant ongoing challenges with how to make informed human capital decisions and manage their global talent and skills strategies.

TalentNeuron, with its technology-enabled data platform and deep market insights, serves as a critical partner to these business leaders and their talent analytics teams as they successfully execute on these mission critical initiatives.”

Katherine Evans, chief revenue officer for TalentNeuron, said: “Leeds Equity has a proven track record of investing in and scaling companies that provide actionable data and analytics to large, sophisticated enterprises, as well as significant experience in corporate carve-out transactions.

“Our team is excited by this new partnership with Leeds Equity as we seek, as a newly standalone entity, to accelerate our product development and innovation to meet the ever-growing data and insights needs of our global customer base."
