US – Survey platform SurveyMonkey has launched a new ‘people powered’ data platform, incorporating a suite of products aimed at delivering customer, employee and market powered data.

The new People Powered Data Platform incorporates three new products – SurveyMonkey CX, SurveyMonkey Engage, and SurveyMonkey Audience.

SurveyMonkey CX is designed to deliver insights that will help businesses to create a great customer experience; SurveyMonkey Engage is designed to help businesses understand and act on what employees need to be their best, by establishing a framework to encourage open and anonymous feedback; and SurveyMonkey Audience, which is intended to make it easier to gather real-time feedback.

SurveyMonkey has also improved its survey creation with SurveyMonkey Genius, and has introduced Facebook Messenger integrations, as well as unveiling SurveyMonkey Apply, a ‘reimagined and rebranded next generation of FluidReview'. This product allows organisations to collect, review and select the best candidates for grant, scholarship, fellowship and enrolment programmes.

“Successful businesses are driven by curious leaders who are listening to the market and meeting the needs of their customers and employees," said Zander Lurie, SurveyMonkey’s CEO (pictured).

"Our new People Powered Data platform unlocks the ‘why’ so companies can be responsive and take action.

"The companies that are curious about what their customers, employees, and the market are saying are the ones that will evolve and thrive. SurveyMonkey gives our customers a competitive edge by powering conversations at scale with precisely the people who matter most.”

SurveyMonkey, SurveyMonkey CX, SurveyMonkey Audience and SurveyMonkey Apply are available immediately, while SurveyMonkey Engage will be available later this year.
