Press Ganey Forsta acquires InMoment
Experience business for the healthcare industry Press Ganey acquired market research and CX technology company Forsta in 2022 and the business has now rebranded to Press Ganey Forsta (PG Forsta).
Forsta was formed in 2021 from the merger of Confirmit and FocusVision. Prior to that, Confirmit had merged with data visualisation business Dapresy in 2020.
Through the acquisition of InMoment, PG Forsta will access the company’s customer experience software and its expertise in conversational intelligence and reputation management, with the combination expanding the two companies’ capabilities in areas including call centres and social reviews.
Headquartered in Salt Lake City, InMoment employs staff across locations in the US, UK, Germany, China, Singapore and Australia.
The deal will broaden PG Forsta’s work in sectors including retail, hospitality and financial services, as well as bolstering its work in healthcare with more in-depth patient insights.
The financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
InMoment’s website now shows the company branding as ‘InMoment, a PG Forsta company’.
Patrick Ryan, chairman and chief executive, PG Forsta, said: “Press Ganey Forsta is committed to leading with innovation and partnering with clients to elevate the human experience across their organisations. We’re excited to welcome the InMoment team and deliver unmatched capabilities to our combined client base.”
John Lewis, chairman and chief executive, InMoment, said: “In joining Press Ganey Forsta, we become part of an organisation that has a demonstrated track record of innovation and elevating both the consumer and employee voice. Together, we have the resources to deliver even greater value to our clients – through faster insights, more advanced research tools, and expanded expertise.”
Kyle Ferguson, chief executive, Press Ganey Forsta’s cross-industries division (pictured), said the two companies “share a strong commitment to deep client partnerships, industry expertise, and hands-on support”.
