US – Survey software company SurveyMonkey has confidentially registered for an initial public offering (IPO).
The company announced yesterday ( 18 June) that its parent company SVMK Inc has submitted a draft registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The number of shares being offered and the price range for the proposed IPO have not yet been determined, the company said.
Established in 1999, the company provides a self-service online survey tool.
