SurveyMonkey integrates with Sendoso

US – Survey software company SurveyMonkey has partnered with Sendoso, a direct mail and gifting platform, to allow gifts to be added to survey workflows.

Through an API integration, SurveyMonkey users will be able to incentivise survey responses by adding e-gift options such as coffee, lunch, retailers, ride-sharing services, and physical gifts.

Lars Wensel, head of business development at SurveyMonkey, said: “Our product integrations are important to helping organisations gather the information they need to drive business decisions.”

Kris Rudegraap, co-founder and chief executive at Sendoso, said: “Our internal data shows that adding e-gifts to emails increases response rates, and we can only expect the same for adding them to surveys.”
