The platform, called SurveyMonkey Forms, combines features of the company’s survey product with tools to allow users to create professional web forms with purpose-built templates, customisable form fields and third-party integrations, as well as data and workflow automation tools.

Other key features include a list view of responses to surveys, pre-designed form fields and layouts and web embedding configurations.

SurveyMonkey Forms will be added to existing plans and is built on the existing SurveyMonkey platform.

Samuel Bakouch, senior vice-president, product management at SurveyMonkey, said: “For more than 20 years, SurveyMonkey has been the go-to survey platform for people who want an elegant and enjoyable way to collect and act on feedback.

“Now, we’re bringing the same seamless experience to a modern forms solution, fulfilling one of our top customer requests.”
