The offer will build on existing Strat7 services in data collection, analytics and insight.

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, the new division will be led by Martin Hörnqvist (pictured), who was previously a senior consultant at Prime. He has held various business development and leadership roles, including chief executive of Brio and global head of marketing strategy and consumer insight at Electrolux.

Barrie Brien, chief executive at Strat7, said: “We’re delighted to have Martin and his team on board as we continue to bolster the Strat7 group offering. They bring a wealth of strategic experience and knowledge to our existing data collection, analytics and insight capabilities.”

Strat7 was formed in April 2019 from the merger of data analytics agencies ResearchBods and Bonamy Finch, with the aim of developing ‘data-driven’ strategies.

The company has a number of clients in Sweden, including Ikea and Klarna.
