UK – Strategy group Strat7’s analytics agency Bonamy Finch has launched a tool that aims to reduce the risks of strategic decision-making.
Bonamy Finch developed the tool using advanced analytics to design and implement Monte Carlo business simulation models.
The Monte Carlo methodology generates multiple instances of the variables for modelling risk or uncertainty based on a set of choices.
Clients can use the service to identify specific scenarios and outcomes, validate assumptions and test how financial plans are likely to perform.
Barrie Brien, chief executive at Strat7, said: “Now is arguably one of the toughest times for board directors and senior marketers to make decisions. This business simulation model is recognised and proven to drive better more informed decisions.”
