UK – Data science, artificial intelligence (AI) and segmentation consultancy Strat7 Bonamy Finch has created a chatbot to allow access to segmentation data using natural language queries.
The chatbot provides users with summaries and also has quantitative and qualitative fact-finding capabilities
Strat7 said the chatbot would allow users to engage more with segmentations as well as reducing the burdens on insights teams from addressing basic day-to-day requests.
Features also include access to data from numerous qualitative interviews, data tables and PowerPoints through a chat interface, aimed at helping make insights more available to non-specialists.
The chatbot adds to the tools available in Strat7’s AI department Strat7.AI, with other examples such as its generative AI platform Strat7GPT and cultural trends platform Crowd Signals.
Paul Jackson (pictured), managing director at Strat7 Bonamy Finch, said: “What differentiates this chatbot from generic generative AI is the way in which the data is processed and fed into the tool.
“Our AI models are finessed on processing traditional market research outputs – and are capable of both accurate and creative responses to questions about segments.”
