Stagwell Group buys Forward3D

US – Investment advisory company Stagwell Group has acquired global performance marketing agency, Forward3D Group for an undisclosed amount.

London-based Forward3D Group runs digital marketing campaigns across search, content, display and social with linguistics, data science and technology.

Forward3D Group’s leadership team: Martin McNulty (CEO), Gary Reid (managing director EMEA & APAC), Hannes Ben (chief international officer) and James Parr (chief finance officer) will continue to manage agency operations.

This is the Stagwell Group’s 16th investment in less than two years. Other recent acquisitions include: research company, Harris Insights & Analytics; media firm MMI Agency; healthcare and consumer experts SCOUT; strategic communications agency SKDKnickerbocker; and entertainment research company National Research Group (NRG).
