SSI and IHG launch loyalty programme

US – Sampling and data collection company SSI has established a new rewards programme exclusively with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) called Opinion Check-In.

As a result, IHG Rewards Club members can now earn points by taking part in surveys and sharing their opinions.

IHG Rewards Club has almost 94 million members, making it the largest hotel loyalty programme. This collaboration will give SSI clients greater access to consumer and business travellers’ opinions.

Bob Fawson, SSI chief product officer, said: “This programme is going to give SSI additional reach to B2B and B2C panellists in the US, UK and Australia as well as other countries to expand panel membership.”
