Sprinklr simplifies UX with new products

US – Customer experience management platform, Sprinklr, has added eight new products integrated with its Experience Cloud to create a simpler and faster unified platform.

This marks the biggest launch yet by Sprinklr and it will help companies manage paid, owned and earned media in one place. It follows from the company’s announcement in April that it was expanding from social media management to customer experience management.

It has six separate clouds, with new products in each. Social cloud includes Comprehensive & Enhanced Social Listening with access to Twitter’s data platform and Sprinklr Display can control displays from any mobile device.

Marketing Cloud has Content Marketing and Advocacy Marketing – the former bringing together strategy, execution and reporting on one platform.

Paid Media Advertising sits in the advertising cloud; Location Insights in the research cloud; Ratings and Reviews in the commerce cloud and finally, Social Care in the care cloud.
