Sprinklr appoints product chief

US – Customer experience management platform Sprinklr has appointed Karthik Suri as chief product and corporate strategy officer.

Suri will lead Sprinklr’s product vision and execution as well as corporate strategy, which includes shaping the company’s strategic direction and identifying new growth and market opportunities.

He joins the company effective immediately and will report to Sprinklr president and chief executive Rory Read.

Suri was most recently chief product officer at Cornerstone OnDemand and has around 25 years of experience in the technology industry.

Sprinklr’s software offers companies a platform for social media management, marketing, advertising, customer feedback and omnichannel contact centre management. The company is headquartered in New York.

Rory Read, chief executive at Sprinklr, said Suri’s “ability to identify market opportunities, build and transform products that customers love, and drive strategic growth through both organic innovation and inorganic opportunities” would “make him a strong fit” for the role.

Read added: “As we continue to accelerate our product roadmap to drive and define the unified customer experience market, Karthik’s leadership will be invaluable.”
