Spring Research grows with two new directors

UK— Spring Research has hired two former clientside researchers: research director Toby Collins and account director Anna Wills.

Collins, who specialises in loyalty and advertising work, joins from Axa Insurance where he was customer insight and research manager, and has also worked on the clientside as research manager for Nissan GB and Renault UK.

On the agencyside he has had spells with Research International and DVL Smith.

Wills was previously at Britvic Soft Drinks where she was a planner for the J2O and Drench brands. Before her time there she worked at Mesh Planning and Hall & Partners.

At Spring she will work with clients including T-Mobile, the National Gallery Company, Linda McCartney and UBS.

Spring CEO Steve Phillips said: “The extensive clientside experience that both Toby and Anna bring with them will enhance the business perspective of our day to day offering and be invaluable in helping us with our new product development.”
