US — Social business technology providers Spredfast and Brandwatch have teamed up to deliver an integrated social intelligence and engagement platform.
Brandwatch’s social analytics and monitoring platform has been integrated with Spredfast’s social media management platform and the companies said the integration would enable organisations to monitor, analyse and take action on real-time business insights from social conversations around the world.
Brandwatch EVP of North America Sebastian Hempstead said: “Enterprises are challenged by the scale, breadth and speed of social. Connecting our advanced social analytics with Spredfast’s social engagement platform tackles these issues by quickly separating the signals from the noise to better inform how they engage with audiences on the social web.”
