Sportradar to acquire InteractSport

SWITZERLAND – Sports data intelligence firm Sportradar has agreed to acquire Melbourne-based sports data and technology company InteractSport.

The acquisition will expand Sportradar’s data collection and technology capabilities in cricket, with InteractSport a partner of Cricket Australia and the England and Wales Cricket Board.

The companies said the deal would close in the second quarter of 2021, subject to regulatory approvals. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
