In the Sydney office, the company has appointed Stuart Malcolm, formerly head of agency at Crowd DNA, as senior associate director, qualitative.

Jemimah Gray has joined as associate director, qualitative. Gray has previously held roles at TRA and Fiftyfive5, working in trends and strategic qualitative research.

Also joining as associate director, qualitative, is Jed Larwood, while Lilia Blanari has been appointed as operations lead for qual.

The appointments bring Nature’s qualitative team headcount to five, following the hiring of Christine O’Keefe to lead the practice at the end of 2024.

Nature’s founder and managing partner, Chris Crook, said: “These appointments reflect the enormous momentum we have as a business and the overwhelmingly positive response the market and our client base have had to us developing a full qual offering.”

In the broader Nature team, Briahna Certoma has joined in a newly created strategy support role, assisting the strategy team to scale impact.

James Shelley joins the company’s Melbourne office as a senior consultant, with experience from Lewers and a background in quantitative consulting.

Estelle Pack also joins as a senior consultant, and previously worked at Kantar UK, with a background in marketing science.

Also in the Melbourne team, Nature has appointed Millie Niere as a consultant from Decision Design, strengthening the team’s behavioural science approach.

Gabby Webb has also joined the team as office manager, with a remit to support team culture and coordination across Nature’s Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices.
