Serendipity2 hires client services director

UK – Research, data science and strategic consultancy Serendipity2 has appointed William Grace as client services director.

Grace (pictured) was previously director of business development at Serendipity2, having held the role since March 2022.

In his new role, Grace will help foster and maintain business relationships with clients, including managing key accounts and overseeing projects.

Harriett Type, managing director at Serendipity2, said: “William has been a great asset since joining Serendipity2. His dedication, eye for detail, strategic thinking, and commitment to client satisfaction made him the number one candidate to take over the role of client services director.

“He will not only serve as the day-to-day contact for clients and formulate key account plans, but will support the company’s ongoing sales efforts, as well as represent Serendipity2 at industry events, seminars and meetings.”
