Senior leadership changes at Cynozure

Wilson (pictured left) will lead Cynozure’s data and AI transformation capability in her new role, having previously been director of data culture and literacy at the company.
Clarke (pictured right) had a prior role at Cynozure of lead enterprise data and AI architect across the company’s consulting work.
In his new role, Clarke will focus on the company’s ability to deliver enterprise-scale transformation.
The expansion of the two roles will help Cynozure focus to a greater extent on enterprise demand for work centred on AI transformation and operational impact.
Jason Foster, chief executive at Cynozure, said: “Lou and Matt both bring deep expertise in helping organisations bridge that gap: connecting strategy, architecture, delivery and organisational change to create stronger return on data and AI investment.
“Their leadership strengthens our ability to help clients build scalable data and decision capabilities that drive measurable commercial value.”
