Screwfix secures insight partnership with 100%Cotton

UK— Screwfix, a power tools and building supplies firm, has named 100%Cotton as its principal customer insight provider tasked with helping Screwfix develop “a more customer-centric culture” for its retail business.


Brand marketing manager Sarah Taylor said: “Our strategic partnership with 100%Cotton marks a new way of working; we intend to bring about a cultural change so that all our people – not just those in the marketing team – actively seek market insight to help them better understand and engage with our customers.”

100%Cotton has previously worked with Screwfix on ad-hoc research projects and regular tracking surveys. The agency was launched three years ago by Jonathan Salisbury.
