Schlesinger names SVP and launches quant tool

US – Data and research technology business Schlesinger Group has appointed Joe Mulvaney as senior vice-president of North American qualitative.

Mulvaney (pictured) will oversee Schlesinger’s qualitative work across North America, including in-person, online and hybrid.

Before joining Schlesinger, Mulvaney founded boutique research management firm Quotus after having spent six years at Ipsos, including as senior vice-president of operations for Ipsos’ North American qualitative division.

Mike Sullivan, president at Schlesinger Group, said: “We believe Joe will serve a critical role in bringing not just our business, but our industry through the transformation we must undergo to move into the next generation of market research.”

Quantitative tool launched
Schlesinger Group has also created a new tool to help build online communities and panels.

Quantitative Recruitment-as-a-Service will provide clients with double opted-in participants from unique or hard-to-reach groups in business-to-consumer, business-to-business and healthcare.

Rob Berger, executive vice-president of global quantitative at Schlesinger Group, said: “Quantitative Recruitment-as-a-Service allows clients to readily access the people they need to make informed decisions.

“They can stay focused on finding the insights while we use our recruitment expertise to build their community.”
