Schlesinger expands executive team

US – International data collection business Schlesinger Group has made a raft of senior promotions and appointments.

Matt Campion has been promoted to chief revenue officer, where he will help scale the company’s services in new and existing markets. He previously led Schlesinger’s online qualitative solutions, and has been at the company since 2014.

Rob Ramirez has also gained promotion to chief client officer, and will oversee the firm’s key account strategy, clinical research division and lead on client experience.

Ramirez was previously executive vice-president for strategic development. He has been at Schlesinger since 2013, and previously worked as a senior vice-president for Ipsos.

Jaime Klein has been moved up to chief talent and integration officer, and will lead Schlesinger’s global talent strategy.

She joined Schlesinger from Ipsos in 2013, where she was vice-president for human resources. Her previous role at Schlesinger was chief talent officer.

Sue Maldonado has become chief marketing officer, and will oversee Schlesinger’s brands and marketing communications.

Maldonado has been at Schlesinger since 2007, and led The Research House after its acquisition by Schlesinger in 2006 until 2010. She previously led Schlesinger’s 2017 rebrand.

Andrew Fine has been appointed as chief financial officer, and will also advise on company commercial and operating strategies, as well as leading its global finance and accounting function.

He previously worked for Dun & Bradstreet for 12 years, most recently as a divisional chief finance officer.

Isaac Rogers has joined Schlesinger as chief innovation officer, following its acquisition of 20|20 Research. He will lead 20|20 Research’s work on online qualitative tools.

Laura Livers as been made an executive vice-president for US qualitative solutions, following the acquisition of Focus Pointe Global. Livers will help integrate Focus into Schlesinger and will also lead in-person operations in 20 US facility markets.

Aditya Raj, executive vice-president of global quantitative solutions, Ted Pulsifer, executive vice-president of enterprise solutions, and Dipak Singh, executive vice-president of product technology, have also joined Schelsinger’s leadership team.

All three joined Schlesinger following its acquisition of Market Cube, and will lead on its global panels, data science and automation technology.
